IN CONSEQUENCE, The Crown Reticence In Complying With Prescribed Constitutional Duties Is A LAND TITLES ISSUE DISPUTE ... Which, Now (per HTG vs Canada, 2009, IACHR) Provides Just And Good Cause To Submit The Complaint To International Tribunals For Reconciliation (Including Damages) ... The UNSC & ICJ Are Considered To Be Venues Of Rightful Application. We Have Budgeted $100-Million For This Legal Pursuit.
BACKGROUNDER : In Y-2006 Canada Failed To Secure The Lease Between The Duncan JUB (Joint Utilities Board) & The Indigenous Title Holders.
Kwa'mutsun Head Of State Dr Stitumaatulwut Hwuneem, LLB Was Installed As Lead Negotiator (Her Mother Being The Original Title Holder For This Open Sewage Lagoon. The Date Of The Original Land-Use Agreement Between Cecilia Alphonse (Dr Hwuneem's Mother) & City Of Duncan Was 1949. By 2005 The Crown Had Not Yet Been Able To Officiate The Signed Lease Agreement, Per The Indian Act. Hence, The Failed Competence Of The Crown To Secure The Prerequisite Lease Is Noted... 1949 - 2021 = 72 Years. Elizabeth II Has Been Queen Of Canada, Head Of State Since 1953 (68 Years).
THEREFORE : Today, August 14th, 2021 (Prior To The Announcement Of The Next Federal Election) The Crown (Head Of State / Crown Canada Joint & Several) Remains Delinquent In Completing Its Constitutional Duties Of Care (Noting Elizabeth II Coronation Oath, 1953). And, It Therefore, Concludes The Jurisdiction Review By Kwa'mutsun Nation That Crown Canada & British Columbia, In Failing To Secure Nation-To-Nation Treaties On This West Coast Of Turtle Island North Territories, Does Defer Both Kwa'mutsun (Per Its STT PHT Trust) & The Ernie Daniels Family Group To Enter Into This Proposed Land-Use Agreement As Sovereign Entities Not Bound By Canada Crown Jurisdiction.
